3:21 Family Support Group

Our fortnightly session which welcomes the whole family. Activities, crafts, playdough and refreshments are provided. This group also provides the opportunity to share experience, good working practices, ask questions and make friendships.

Providing fun sporting activities with an experienced coach. Catering for all abilities with the aim of entering competitions at local, national and international levels. Ultimate goal of competing at a future Special Olympics.

Cooking for life

Try some new foods and learn some new skills at our Cooking for Life sessions.

Mini Police sessions

Adapted Mini Police sessions, with fun activities, insight into the role of a police officer and learning some skills to help us stay safe.

Our yearly sibling only event where the brothers and sisters of our members can build on their friendships and the support networks they have created. whilst having fun!

World Down's Syndrome Day

Every year World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated on March 21st. People with Down’s syndrome from all over the world will be coming together at the United Nations in Geneva and New York to talk about why they shouldn’t be left behind.

All over the world people will be wearing #LotsOfSocks to raise awareness of World Down Syndrome Day.
